Decisions in ADR cases are public and here you can search among previous decisions. The decisions contain everything that is important in the case.
Since June 2017 the WIPO Center administers the .se domain name disputes. All the decisions will be published on both The Swedish Internet Foundation's website and the WIPO Center's website.
The Swedish Internet Foundation does not issue the parties' own material in the light of the fact that the foundation is not an authority and therefore does not comply with the principle of public access. The integrity of the parties is most important.
